When architecture and landscape architecture get separated, a misconception of the project's context often becomes inevitable.

In order to prevent this from happening, on this particular project situated in the mountains of Kavac, Montenegro, a different approach had to be taken - not only to fulfill the client's requests for a minimalist and modern design, but also to blend into the surrounding landscape and tune in with the architecture. Therefore, our approach was to deconstruct all architectural elements and use their footprint geometry as the basis for landscape elements of this project. The result was a design which efficiently used given space, incorporated all programme elements and fulfilled our client's wishes.
